Turmeric powder is a vibrant spice of ground Curcuma longa rhizome, also known as “Indian saffron”, which has been traditionally used for 4000 years and is well known for it's many beneficial properties. Turmeric is used in many dishes for its spice properties, brilliant yellow colour and aromatic flavour.
The yellow colour of turmeric is due to the natural curcuminoid content, particularly curcumin. Morlife Certified Organic Turmeric Powder naturally contains antioxidants, is highly versatile and can be used in sweet and savoury meals.

Directions
