Ingredients for Chocolate Berry Protein French Toast (1–2 serves)

  • 2 thick slices wholegrain or brioche-style bread
  • 1 scoop chocolate Musashi protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Butter or spray oil for cooking
