Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Nuzest Protein Powder  (vanilla or unflavoured)

  • 150 ml almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 100 g Greek yoghurt (plain or coconut yoghurt for a tropical twist)

  • 1 small handful fresh spinach or baby kale (mild taste, nutrient boost)

  • ½ cup fresh spring fruits: strawberries, kiwi, mango, or blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder (optional, for a green glow)

  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest

  • Toppings: extra berries, sliced kiwi, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend almond milk, yoghurt, spinach, spring fruits, chia seeds, lemon zest, and protein powder until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and arrange toppings attractively.

  3. Optional: sprinkle a few pumpkin seeds and shredded coconut for texture and crunch.
