Kimmi: Either. These are unscented magnesium chloride flakes with no listed additives.

The supplied directions refer to a 75g tub even though this product is 341g, so use the current 341g package rather than emptying the whole container. Bathing claims should be limited to the experience of a warm soak, not treatment of pain, stress or magnesium deficiency.

Directions

Add only the amount directed on the current 341g package to a warm bath or foot soak. Soak for 15–30 minutes, rinse if desired and discard foot-soak water after use.
