Directions

Adults: Take 4 capsules daily. Take as a daily morning supplement (with or without food). Open capsules to add the powder to other foods and smoothies.  

Can be given to children but we recommend limiting to 1 capsule per day. Breastfed babies can get the benefits of beef liver before starting solids if their mother is consuming beef liver capsules.
