Directions
Add 120g (approx. 3 raised scoops) to 400 ml of water. Shake or blend until mixed and serve. Use between meals or 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and/or within 30 minutes after exercise as a recovery formula. Maximum one-day intake: 2 serves.
