Kimmi: A blend of eleuthero, oats, fo-ti, ginkgo, gotu kola, peppermint and rosemary. The serving panel covers two capsules, while the directions call for that serving twice daily.

Kimmi: Fo-ti has been linked to liver injury, and ginkgo may increase bleeding risk. Stop and seek advice for yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, unusual fatigue, persistent nausea or abdominal pain.
