Jase: Kimmi, what’s in each tablet?
Kimmi: 200 mg of calcium, 100 mg of magnesium and 12.5 micrograms of vitamin D3. The directions allow one tablet one to three times daily with meals.
Jase: Should total intake be checked?
Kimmi: Yes. Include food and other supplements, especially when using three tablets daily. Magnesium may cause loose stools.
Important: Ask a health professional before use with kidney disease, kidney stones, high calcium, pregnancy or breastfeeding, or medicines. Calcium and magnesium can interfere with some antibiotics, thyroid and osteoporosis medicines, so doses may need separating. Contains soy.
Directions
Suggested Use: 1 tablet 1 to 3 times daily with meals.
