Despite vegan and vegetarian catalogue tags, this product contains a crustacean-derived ingredient and should not be described as vegan or vegetarian. Chitosan can reduce absorption of medicines and fat-soluble vitamins, while chromium can affect blood sugar.
Directions
Usage: Take 3 capsules immediately before the 2 main meals of the day. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. Take in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise program. Take at least 4 hours before or after fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) or medications.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
