Kimmi: No. It contains Manuka honey, clove oil and herbal extracts but should not replace assessment or antibiotics when those are clinically needed.

Kimmi: Not completely. The panel describes honey as 5% w/v but also lists 10mg per 500mcL serving; those figures do not clearly reconcile, so check the current bottle.
Product notes: Four sprays equal the listed 500mcL serving, but use may repeat every one to two hours with no daily maximum supplied. Contains sugars, ethanol, hydroxybenzoates and potassium sorbate; the ethanol percentage is absent, and pollen traces may occur. Never give honey products to infants under 12 months. Directions
Adults: Spray 4 times (500mcL) into the mouth every 1-2 hours as required. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.
