Jase: What is D-mannose?
Kimmi: A simple sugar. One level teaspoon provides approximately 2g, and the directions allow one or two servings daily.

Directions
Suggested Use: Take 1 level teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily. Take with water or unsweetened juice, such as unsweetened cranberry juice.
Storage: Keep bottle tightly closed at all times in between usage. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
