Lifestream Chlorella contains a microscopic plant containing over 20 vitamins and minerals and is abundant in RNA & DNA nucleic acids. Directions

Dosage: Adults: 10 tablets (2g) daily. First time users start with 2 tablets and slowly build up the dose over a week.
