Jase: Yes. Each softgel contains 650mg of cold-pressed, hexane-free castor oil plus 10mg of fennel oil.
Castor oil is a stimulant laxative for occasional constipation, not a general digestive supplement. It can cause cramping, diarrhoea, dehydration and electrolyte disturbance. Do not use it for ongoing constipation, severe abdominal pain, vomiting, bowel obstruction symptoms or rectal bleeding.
The label limits it to adults, excludes pregnancy and breastfeeding, and says it is not for long-term use. Check with a doctor if you have a gastrointestinal condition or take medicines. The softgel contains bovine gelatin, so it is not vegetarian or vegan.
Directions
Suggested Use: Take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily with food as needed.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
