Jase: One capsule contains 400mg standardised green tea extract, including 200mg EGCg, plus 50mg decaffeinated green tea. The panel states up to 4mg naturally occurring caffeine.
Kimmi: Why does the meal direction matter?
Jase: Concentrated green tea extract can rarely cause serious liver injury, and risk may be greater on an empty stomach. Take it with food, never exceed the dose, and stop use and seek medical advice for yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, unusual fatigue, nausea or abdominal pain.
Directions
Suggested Use: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Do not take this product on an empty stomach; do not exceed recommended dose.
