Directions
Mix 1 scoop with 240–295mL of cold water and take in the morning on an empty stomach. On training days, the label permits a second scoop in the afternoon, no later than 5pm. Avoid food or a protein shake for 20 minutes after use. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day.
Warnings: Contains 150mg caffeine per scoop; 2 scoops provide 300mg. Count caffeine from coffee, tea, energy drinks, medicines and other supplements, and do not combine with other stimulant products. Not for children or anyone under 18, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Avoid if sensitive to caffeine, and do not take close to bedtime. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have heart, blood-pressure, thyroid, liver or kidney problems, diabetes, anxiety, a medical condition or take medicines.
