Kimmi: Each fruit-punch tablet contains digestive enzymes and 0.25 g of xylitol. It must be chewed with a meal or problem food, and only given to a child who can safely chew a tablet.
Jase: Are they for treating regular tummy pain?
Kimmi: No. Repeated pain, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, poor growth, blood in the stool or suspected food allergy needs medical advice rather than an enzyme supplement.
