Jase: Kimmi, is this only a lactase capsule?
Kimmi: Lactase is the largest measured activity, but the formula also includes protease and several other digestive enzymes. The label says one capsule with a meal containing dairy.
Jase: Will it stop a milk-allergy reaction?
Kimmi: No. Lactose intolerance and milk allergy are different. Enzymes may help digest food components, but they cannot make dairy safe for someone with a milk allergy.
