Ethical Nutrients Mega Magnesium contains the exclusive Meta Mag Magnesium diglycinate. Meta Mag is a high absorption form of magnesium. Clinical studies have shown that Meta Mag is eight times more highly absorbed than magnesium oxide.
Ethical Nutrients Mega Magnesium Powder is a high strength magnesium powder providing 3grams of elemental magnesium per 8.7gm dose. Magnesium is an essential mineral that supports muscle relaxation, stress relief and better sleep. Magnesium also support muscle and bone health and aide fluid retention.

Directions
Adults: For therapeutic applications of magnesium: Add 1 scoop (8.7 g) to 200 mL of water twice daily. For daily magnesium supplementation: Add 1 scoop (8.7 g) to 200 mL of water once daily. Or take as directed by a healthcare professional. Store below 30°C.
