Jase: No. It contains magnesium and zinc, but also 5-HTP, valerian, passionflower, lemon balm, chamomile, green tea extract, chromium and several other ingredients.

Jase: Very much. It can cause drowsiness, and 5-HTP must not be combined casually with medicines that raise serotonin.

Directions

Mix 1 scoop with 300 mL chilled water and consume 15 minutes before bedtime. Be ready to sleep after taking it.

Warnings: May cause marked drowsiness. Do not drive, operate machinery or drink alcohol after use. Do not combine with sleep aids, sedatives, MAO inhibitors, SSRIs, SNRIs, tricyclic antidepressants, other antidepressants, triptans, tramadol, dextromethorphan, St John’s wort or other serotonin-raising products unless specifically directed by a prescriber. Seek urgent help for symptoms of serotonin syndrome. The serving supplies 450 mg magnesium, 27.5 mg zinc, 970 mcg chromium and 7.5 mg vitamin B6; include these when adding up other supplements. Chromium may affect blood glucose. Green tea extract may contain caffeine. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Seek professional advice before use if taking medicines or managing a liver, kidney, blood-glucose, mental-health or other condition.
