Kimmi: How does this arch support adjust?
Jase: A strap wraps over the foot and removable inserts change the cushioning under the arch. It is designed for both feet and can be worn with or without shoes.
Kimmi: What should it not do?
Jase: It should not create numbness, colour change, rubbing, swelling, or increased pain. It may provide support, but it does not treat the cause of persistent heel or arch pain.

HOW TO WEAR
Step 1: Open the hook and loop strap and place the support so it comfortably rests under the arch of the foot (the foot icons should be placed against the inside of the arch).
Step 2: Secure on the top of the foot with the hook tab. Use the hook tab to pull up on the arch.
HOW TO WASH
Care Instructions: Secure all straps prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry,
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach, or fabric softeners.
