Kimmi: No. It describes the fragrance theme. The oils are concentrated and not for internal use. Keep the original instructions below: bergamot and cinnamon cassia are not for skin, the blend must not be used undiluted, and bergamot and the blend react strongly with sunlight and UV.
Directions
Suggested Use:For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.
