Jase: Each vegetable capsule contains 575 mg of Zyactinase kiwifruit extract and one billion Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 probiotics. The label gives separate adult and child directions.

Jase: Yes. Avoid it with a kiwifruit or latex allergy, take it two hours away from antibiotics, and seek professional advice for pregnancy or breastfeeding. People who are severely unwell, immunocompromised, or have a central line should check with a clinician before using probiotics. Persistent or concerning bowel symptoms need medical assessment rather than self-treatment.

Directions

ADULTS: Take 1-2 capsules together daily before food.

Suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding under the supervision of a healthcare professional.

CHILDREN: Suitable for children 9 years of age and above (adult supervision recommended whilst swallowing capsule). Always start on 1 capsule per day and increase if required. Do not exceed 2 capsules per day.

CAUTION: Take 2 hours away from taking antibiotics. Do not take if you have a known allergy to kiwifruit or latex. Actinidin may provoke allergic reactions in some people.
