Kimmi: Use the age-specific dose and measuring device below, check every ingredient for allergy, and seek care for persistent crying, poor feeding, vomiting, fever, breathing difficulty, lethargy, dehydration, blood, or abdominal swelling. The old text also proposed a pregnancy dose for morning sickness; do not use a children’s product that way without current-label confirmation and professional advice.
Directions
Recommended Dosage: Take the recommended dose by age group as needed to calm upset tummies and colicky babies up to six times per day.

Infants 0-1 year: 0.5 ml (10 drops)

Children 1-2 years: 1 to 2 ml (1⁄4 metric teaspoon)

Children 2-5 years: 2 to 3 ml ((1⁄2 metric teaspoon)

Syrup may be warmed a little to enable easier pouring or drawing dose into the syringe.
