Jase: The panel lists 30.2 g blackcurrant extract and 8 g ginkgo extract per gelatin capsule. Those amounts appear too large for one capsule, so check the current label before relying on them.

Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, or as directed.
Warnings: This supplement does not treat glaucoma or replace prescribed eye medication or regular eye examinations. Ginkgo and blackcurrant may increase bleeding risk.
