Kimmi: What makes the concentrate different?

Jase: It is an oral spray. The formula lists angelica, echinacea, fir needle oil, lemon oil, liquorice, olive leaf, sage, St Mary’s thistle and thyme, with ethanol.

Convenience does not establish that it prevents infection or boosts immunity. Liquorice can affect blood pressure and potassium and interact with medicines. Echinacea may be unsuitable with autoimmune conditions, immune-suppressing medicines or daisy-family allergy.

Although the supplied safety text calls it suitable in pregnancy and breastfeeding, angelica, sage, essential oils, liquorice and ethanol warrant professional advice first. It is labelled as not recommended for bronchial asthma. Children should use it only under adult supervision.

Directions
