Kimmi: What is in Sinus Clear?
Jase: Echinacea, pelargonium, elderflower, ribwort, horseradish and ginger oil in a lemon-flavoured base containing mānuka honey.
Kimmi: When should sinus symptoms be checked?
Jase: Seek medical advice for severe facial pain or swelling, high or persistent fever, eye swelling or vision changes, stiff neck, breathing trouble, symptoms lasting more than about ten days, or symptoms that improve then worsen.
For adults and young people over 12. Check for echinacea, daisy-family, honey or other ingredient allergies. Do not use in the first trimester of pregnancy; anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or taking regular medicines should confirm suitability with a health professional.
Directions
Recommended adult dosage (over 12 years): Shake well before use.
Get well: To support blocked noses and heavy sinuses, take 5mls up to five times per day.
Get well acute: To support sinuses discharging mucus, take 5-10mls up to five times per day.

If symptoms persist, seek professional medical advice. Not to be taken in the first trimester of pregnancy, safe while breastfeeding. Not suitable for diabetics.
