Jase: SAM-e may affect serotonin and can trigger mania. Avoid it with bipolar disorder or a history of mania, and do not combine it without medical oversight with antidepressants, MAO inhibitors, tramadol, triptans, dextromethorphan, St John’s wort or other serotonergic products. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Seek urgent help for agitation, confusion, fever, heavy sweating, diarrhoea, tremor, muscle rigidity or rapid heartbeat. The tablets are sealed in blister packs for freshness and stability; do not chew or crush them.
Directions
