Kimmi: Yes, but the panel says 166 servings in a 200-tablet pack, which is impossible. The directions also refer to “21 capsules” even though this is a tablet product. Keep to the standard label dose unless a healthcare professional confirms a higher amount from the current pack.

Kimmi: It contains vitamin K and algae. Check first with warfarin or related anticoagulants, prescribed medicines, algae allergy, pregnancy, breastfeeding, a sensitive digestive system or use by a child. It is not a treatment for fatigue or iron deficiency.

Directions

Adults: 6 tabs (3g) daily

Children 6-12 years: 3 tabs (1.5g) daily
