Kimmi: This description says to mix two level teaspoons into a large glass, but it does not state a daily frequency. Check the current container label rather than guessing.
Important: Take psyllium with plenty of fluid and stop for swallowing difficulty, chest pain or severe abdominal symptoms. Separate it from oral medicines as advised. Check with a health professional for bowel narrowing or obstruction, pregnancy or breastfeeding, severe illness, immune suppression or use of a central venous catheter.
