Kimmi: Two magnesium forms provide 55mg elemental magnesium in total, alongside chamomile, tart cherry, vitamin D3, sodium ascorbate and zinc.

Directions
Suggested Dose: Children from age 2+: take 1-2 Chewable Tablets daily.
