Nutra-Life Magnesium Glycinate+ High Strength Powder is a high strength Magnesium powder. It provides 350mg of elemental Magnesium per serve, for high absorption* to support muscle function and nervous system health. Directions
Recommended Adults Dosage: Take 1 rounded scoop (6g) once daily. Dissolved in 200mL of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Stir until mixed and consume immediately.
