Directions
Training days: Take 3 capsules 15 minutes before training and 3 capsules 30 minutes before bed.
Non-training days: Take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules 30 minutes before bed.
The supplied directions prefer an empty stomach but note that food may be needed if stomach upset occurs. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily.
