Our Fuel X Endurance sports drink mix contains everything you need to stay energized, hydrated, and replenished during training and racing. Our gut-friendly fuel has very mild flavours aiming to avoid the ever so common flavour fatigue many athletes get.
The ELECTROLYTES in Fuel X are formulated to replace everything you lose during exercise.
Each serve contains 48g of carbohydrates & 200 calories.

Matcha GreenTea is made with REAL Matcha rather than flavourings. So you will get the benefit of naturally occurring caffeine – 11mg per scoop. No synthetic caffeine is used in any of our products.

Nude – Unflavoured Fuel X tastes like slightly sweetened water. It can be used in conjunction with the other Fuel X flavours if you prefer a more milder taste! Add one scoop of your favourite flavour (either Tropical, Matcha, Lemon-Lime Pro, Pear Pro) and one scoop of Nude to 500-700ml water.

Directions
Fuel X & Fuel X PROis easily and quickly absorbed with minimal effect on the digestive system. Drink during training and racing to provide energy and avoid ‘bonking’ during endurance sport.
Add to 500-700ml (17-24 Oz) WATER, shake well to dissolve.
1 Scoop = 100 Calories
1-2 Scoops First Hour of Exercise
2-3 Scoops per hour thereafter
