Suggested Use: Use as a workout supplement to boost energy reduce fatigue, and enhance performance. Helps promote mental sharpness, proper muscle function, and normal electrolyte balance.
Adults 18+ years: Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Mix 1/2 scoop in 1-2 cups of water immediately before consumption, 45-90 minutes before workouts. Read and follow the warning before using.
CAUTIONS: For occasional use only. High caffeine content. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, or persons sensitive to caffeine. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are also of childbearing age; have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or overactive bladder syndrome; or are taking blood thinners. Avoid taking it with health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Caffeine can reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise which might lead to cardiovascular complications such as chest pain, and irregular heartbeat even in healthy individuals. Stop use and consult a doctor if those symptoms occur, or if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS: Reduce the dose if a flushing, tingling, and/or prickling sensation of the skin occurs. Diuretic effect may occur.
