Protein Smoothie:Add one serve (1 heaped tablespoon) of powder to 150-250ml of water, sit for 30 seconds then mix with a shaker, stick mixer, or blender. Add your favourite fruit to get a protein smoothie. Suitable for use 2-3 times daily. 

Baking: Use Eat Me Egg White Protein to reduce fat and cholesterol in dishes like quiche, omelets, cakes, and muffins. For each egg white in the recipe mix 2 level teaspoons of powder with 2 tablespoons of water and sit for 30 seconds, then mix again to fully dissolve. For foamy, soft or hard peaks use a stick mixer or egg beater.
