Directions

Perfect as a snack replacement or added to meals and smoothies. 

Take two heaped tablespoons (30). Dissolve or mix in 200ml of water, milk (non-dairy is suggested), or juice of your choice. Consume once daily. Always consult your healthcare practitioner as individuals may vary.
