Kimmi: 100mcg from high-selenium yeast. The label sets a maximum total daily dose of 150mcg, so add up selenium from every supplement before using it.

The yeast is pasteurised and dried with no active yeast present. The vegetarian capsule is vegan, with no added dairy, soy, gluten or wheat.
