Jase: Yes. The panel gives 100mg of 5-HTP, plus tart cherry equivalent to 10g and 1,000mg of hemp-seed oil.
This does not guarantee calm, relaxation or restful sleep. 5-HTP can cause nausea and drowsiness and must not be combined without medical advice with antidepressants, tramadol, dextromethorphan, migraine triptans, MAO inhibitors, St John’s wort or other serotonin-raising products. Excess serotonin can cause agitation, sweating, diarrhoea, tremor, fever or confusion and needs urgent care.
