Jase: Passionflower, zizyphus, valerian and hops in a lemon-flavoured liquid for adults and young people over 12.
Kimmi: Could it make someone drowsy the next day?
Jase: It could. Do not drive, operate machinery or combine it with alcohol, sedatives or other sleep products until you know how it affects you.
Persistent insomnia, loud snoring with pauses in breathing, severe daytime sleepiness, low mood or a sudden change in sleep needs medical assessment. Do not use during pregnancy. Although the manufacturer labels it safe while breastfeeding, check with a maternity health professional first.
Directions
Recommended adult dosage (over 12 years): Take 5mls three hours before bed and another 5mls one hour before bed. If needed, take another 5mls through the night. Shake well before use.
