Kimmi: Is this a basic low-dose B complex?

Jase: No. It is a sustained-release formula with B vitamins, vitamin C and E, minerals, passionflower and skullcap. Each tablet lists 41mg vitamin B6.

Kimmi: Why does that B6 amount matter?

Jase: Higher supplemental B6 intake can cause tingling, numbness, or nerve problems in some people. Stop and seek advice if those symptoms appear, and check your total B6 intake from other products.

Important: This is not a treatment for stress, fatigue, concentration problems, or sleep issues. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and it is not recommended for children under 12. Suggested Use: Adults: 1 tablet daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
