Jase: No. These are concentrated aromatherapy oils, not sleep or anxiety treatments. Follow each oil’s separate caution below: several are not for internal use, eucalyptus and the blend should not be applied to children’s faces, the blend is not for skin, and it reacts strongly with sunlight and UV.
Directions
Suggested Use:For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.
