Directions

Mix 1 scoop with 4–6 oz (approximately 120–180mL) of cold water and consume 20–30 minutes before training. Do not take more than 2 scoops at one time or within one day. First-time users should assess tolerance with no more than 1 scoop.

Warnings: Contains caffeine and hydrolysed whey protein isolate (milk). Do not combine with coffee, energy drinks, other pre-workouts or stimulant medicines.
