Kimmi: Spirulina, New Zealand barley grass and chlorella are the named greens. The panel also lists fennel and a range of naturally occurring nutrients.

Jase: Do the serving numbers add up?

Kimmi: No. The page states a 100g pack, a 3g serving and 66 servings; 66 servings at 3g would exceed 100g. We’ve kept those supplied figures unchanged, but the current pack should be checked.

The panel states “Gluten — NOT DETECTED.” Anyone with coeliac disease or a serious cereal allergy should still verify the current label and suitability. Contains vitamin K; consult the clinician managing warfarin or related anticoagulants before changing intake.

Directions

Adults: 1 rounded teaspoon (3g) daily. Children 6-12yrs: ½ teaspoon (1.5g) daily. Add to juice, yoghurt or your favourite smoothie and mix well.
