Acerola is a source of vitamin C, but this product is not a treatment for infection or illness. The panel appears internally inconsistent: it lists 340mg of vitamin C per 2g serving, then separately lists 1g of organic acerola berry as equivalent to 110mg of vitamin C. Check the current pack if the exact vitamin C dose matters.

Large supplemental vitamin C doses may cause stomach upset or diarrhoea and may be unsuitable with some kidney conditions or a history of kidney stones. Follow the listed anticoagulant and peptic-ulcer precautions. Children should use it only with adult supervision, and the under-six dose should be confirmed as directed.

The container is made from sugarcane plastic and is described as kerbside recyclable.

Directions

Suggested Use: Mix into a large glass of water or juice, or mix into cold food.

Adults: 1/3 to 2/3 of a teaspoon (1-2g) daily.

Children 6-12 yrs: 1/3 of a teaspoon (1g) daily.

Children under 6 years - check with a natural health consultant for dose.

Precautions: Not recommended with anticoagulant medication. Do not use if peptic ulcers are present.
