This is a sweetened food supplement, not a treatment for digestion, immunity or illness. A 10g serving contains 6.7g of sugars. It contains honey, so it is vegetarian but not vegan. Follow the listed age guidance and use caution with hot water around children. Honey products should not be given to children under 12 months. Ginger and apple cider vinegar may irritate reflux or a sensitive stomach, and ginger can interact with blood-thinning, diabetes and blood-pressure medicines.
Directions
Suggested Use: Shake well prior to use. Add one dessertspoon (10ml) to a cup of hot water (add more or less water to taste) to make a soothing "hot toddy." Children over 5 years can take 1 teaspoon (5ml) mixed with hot water.
