Add up to 2 teaspoon of Mint Water to 1/2 cup of water or your herbal drinks and drink slowly.
You can also drink this product as a flavour for pastry and other cooking.
As a vosmetic toner:
Cleanse your face thoroughly with cosmetic toner.
Apply small amount of Mint Water to a cotton pad or your palm.
Gently pat or wipe your mint water over your face and neck avoiding the eye area.
Allow the Mint Water to fully absorb into your skin.
For best results use morning and night as a part of your skin care routine.
Caution: Avoid direct contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
