Kimmi: Each capsule lists 300mg of standardised vitex extract and 150mg of dong quai root.
This formula is not a treatment for a hormone, menstrual, fertility or endocrine condition. Vitex may interact with hormonal medicines, fertility treatment, contraception, antipsychotics and dopamine-related medicines. Dong quai can increase bleeding risk and may increase sun sensitivity.
The label says adults only, excludes pregnancy and breastfeeding, and specifically advises checking with a doctor when using anticoagulants or other medicines. Keep the freshness packet in the bottle and do not eat it. The capsule is cellulose, but vegan suitability is not expressly confirmed.
