Kimmi: It supplies 45 mg vitamin B6 per tablet, so avoid stacking it with other B6 products; prolonged high intake can cause nerve symptoms. It does not guarantee energy, cognition, hormone, or immune outcomes. Seek advice for medicines, thyroid or iron conditions, and other supplements.
