UPDATE as of March 24th 

Hi Guys.

After some discussion between Kimmi and I about where to from here, we believe that we are providing an essential service to New Zealanders providing them the health products they need at a time like this.

In balancing this with public and staff safety, we have decided to close all stores to the public from 6pm tonight to eliminate customer and staff facing interaction.

We will then switch to fulfilling your orders online only from our main warehouse.

We will continue working, but will put in place alternative ways of working to keep employees safe, including shift-based working, staggered meal breaks, and physical distancing.

We are just working with our team, suppliers and partners to make sure we can serve you to the best of our ability.

Therecould be delays in your order being processed, dispatched and with the courier as we work through this tough time.

We are currently experiencing an influx of orders due to COVID-19. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed and delivered. The majority of orders are taking 1 to 7 working days to be dispatched at this time.

These increased orders have put pressure on our stock levels. This has resulted in some short term supply chain issues.

We are working closely with our suppliers to resolve these.

We need your patience as we try to fulfill everyone's orders.

Our system is overloaded so items are selling faster than we can mark them as OUT OF STOCK.

We hope you understand.

We have extra team members on board helping out to minimise delays as much as possible. We ask that you please refrain from contacting us unless it's urgent - thanks for your patience and understanding. 


Effective immediately, we are changing to Contactless Delivery:

The courier will knock on the door as usual and step back two metres (or as far back as safe). They will wait for someone to come to the door and greet them as usual. They will then ask for the recipient’s name (to record proof of delivery) and leave the parcel on the doorstep. The person receiving the parcel will not sign for the delivery directly. If no one comes to the door and there is no Parcel Leave service in place, the courier will follow the standard process which is to leave a card to call, with details of the delivery and return the parcel to depot. To ensure mail and parcels keep moving during these unprecedented times, this may include alternative routes which will potentially cause delivery delays.


Steps we are using in our warehouse:

      1. We have installed Zoono 24-hour hand sanitizer in all locations
      2. We are cleaning surfaces with disinfectant multiple times throughout the day.
      3. All staff have been informed of the ministry of health guidelines.
      4. All staff that can work at home are.
      5. We are having staggered meal breaks, start and finish times.
      6. We have face masks and gloves available for all staff.
