Pre-Workout Smoothie πͺπ
Ingredients:
- 1 cup watermelon (rich in citrulline for better blood flow) π
- Β½ frozen banana (fast carbs for energy) π
- 1 small beet or Morlife Beetroot Powder 150g (natural nitric oxide booster) β€οΈ
- Β½ cup Greek yogurt (protein + gut health) π₯
- 1 scoop BioX Vanilla Whey (extra muscle fuel)
- Β½ tsp Harker Celtic Salt (electrolytes for better hydration) π§
- Β½ - 1 cup coconut water (hydration & potassium) π₯₯
- Handful of spinach (micronutrients without affecting taste) π±
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and drink 30β45 minutes before training for maximum pump and endurance.
- Optional: Add a drizzle of honey for extra fast-digesting carbs. π―
